Registration:

We will be charging a registration fee of $40 per Registered Participant for this event. Registered Participants will receive the following:

  • Qty 1- Custom shirt commemorating the event

  • Qty 2- Custom Stickers commemorating the event

  • Qty 1- Swag bag from vendors

  • Qty 3- Raffle tickets

    • Raffle prizes TBD

Registered Participants are defined as the following:

  1. The Driver of the vehicle: Each vehicle will have one driver that will need to register and pay the registration fee

  2. Any passenger that wants to receive the shirt, stickers, swag, and raffle tickets. If you have passengers (ie, young children) that will not need any of the above items, they will not need to register and will not be included in the count for the giveaways. Example: If you are bringing the family, which consists of you, a spouse, and 2 small children, you would only need to register as a driver and one passenger (assuming the passenger wants the giveaway items).

Cancellation and Refund:

  • Your spot is only secured after the registration fee is collected. Fees must be paid by November 19, 2020

  • On November 20, we will have a final count and we will be submitting orders to the vendors for the giveaway items

  • If you cancel BEFORE November 19, 2020, you will receive a refund

  • Any cancellations AFTER November 19, 2020 will not receive a refund, however, we will mail you the giveaway items.

Basic Itinerary:

Below is a brief outline of our plans for the weekend. Additional details will be shared as they are finalized.

  • Thu, Dec 10:

    • Some people MAY go out on Thursday to secure the camping spot. This has not been confirmed.​

  • Fri, Dec 11:

    • All participants will meet at the camp site in Parker, AZ before 11:00am

    • After unloading, we will set out on the day’s trail run

      • Approx 25 mi round trip

    • Back to camp for the night

  • Sat, Dec 12:

    • Depart camp and drive to Trail #1

      • Approx 7.5 mi one way

    • Travel to Trail #2

      • Approx 10 mi one way

    • Stop in the middle for lunch

    • Return to camp for the night

  • Sun, Dec 13:

    • Break camp and drive home
